working principle
The liquid weightless scale uses different types of diaphragm pumps according to the viscosity of the liquid. The weighing system calculates the required weight liquid according to the set output and then shoots it through the motor. If the liquid needs to be heated, it is heated by water circulation or electric heating wire. The temperature controller is used to control the temperature, which makes the fluid flow smooth. The liquid loss-in-weight feeder provides a high-precision weight loss feeding scheme for liquid materials.
